CPU Time Given to AI This setting determines how much effort the CPU puts into managing bot AI. The higher the setting, the better the AI, but the lower your performance

Hehe, this game is A LOT of fun, even playing singleplayer, ramp up to 400% AI and give 25% CPU time to AI, and enemy ratio to impossible, and just have fun killing Nazis, or Allies, or get owned
It is interesting how even videogames are used by the US as “historical” propaganda and doctrination nowadays (beside movies, of course).
The german secret projects were a lot more advanced and numerous than any of those from the Allied side, nonetheless, what this game depicts is exactly the opposite!
In a scenario like the one depicted in this videogame – Secret Weapons – with what the germans had, they would have won or had superior military power… Is that the case in the game?
It was defenseless until the Vietnam war. In Vietnam they started to use it as a gun platform. At night they would take them out and had miniguns and 30mil grenade launchers in the side and they would execute a banked turn to go around a certain area and they would provide close air support to U.S. troops in the area. This is what led to us transforming the C-130 transport plane into the now famous AC-130 “Spooky” which plays the same role but with even better weapons.
Anybody knows if you can download the song of the vid?

I’ve heard of that, the AC-47. I was hoping they’d have that on Battlefield Vietnam, maybe there’s a modd

no plane can defend against flak so obviously not. maybe useless was a bit much. Defenceless is what i meant
Comment by jaw1024 — July 9, 2009 @ 9:07 am
eh.. gun turrets won’t do any goods against FLAKS..
Comment by sangyuni96 — July 9, 2009 @ 9:07 am
Useful in that sense maybe, but easy meat for intercepters or FLAK. Should’ve at least had a gun turret. But that’s just me
Comment by jaw1024 — July 9, 2009 @ 9:07 am
R u kidding? C-47 was one of the most useful plane of the war.
They used it for transporting supplies, dropping airborne divisions, etc
Comment by sangyuni96 — July 9, 2009 @ 9:07 am
Lol C-47… most useless plane of the war i swear
. At least the Russian version had turrets
Guided missiles? There’s the X-4 on IL-2 1946… but if those in these vids are real fair enough

Comment by Daniyoyo — July 9, 2009 @ 9:07 am
I saw that too. How can they have only 3 maps. That is so boring. They better come out w/ an expansion pack w/ more levels.
