the only rrason why i beleive the axis lost was because of hitlers eagerness to in vade to many countrys at once…and his ignorance to underestemate the power of the soviet union…they destroyed the soviets at first, but once the winter came…game over there was no stopping the soviets after kursk and stalingrad and the soviets outnumberd the germans heavily…once britan, canada, poland and us hit the shores hitler knew it was all over, so he started building his defences around germany.

What am I wrong about? You just said everything I said, but in more detail. Everyone knows the British Navy was strong. And there are alot of reasons why he didnt finish off the brits at “DUNKIRK”.
I was trying to make a different point.

the reason hitler did not invade britain is because the british navy was too strong to allow the germans a seaborne crossing of the english channel. the germans’ only alternative was to destroy the RAF first. do not underestimate the british.
and the reason the british were not finished off at dunkirk was because it was a show of power over his generals who wanted to finish the job!
your right egycan27, it was between Britain and Germany. Germans won the Brits over, but Hitler let the Brit army go. Then his Luftwaffe failed to take the british shore… blah blah blah…
The point is that Hitler was a very confused human being, one minute he wants to invade Britain, the next he rejects the plans because he “admires” the British people because of their culture and stuff..
Germany was destined to lose the war because of dumbass Hitler.

at one point there were only England fighting Germany , then the states joined the alliance and put an end to this war , however germans had italians , Croatians ,Japnese ,Austrians ,Duetch ,and many more , stop saying there wer alone agianst many others ,
