The radical Christians of America, now being responsible for so many deaths, are able to easily win the sympathy of the overfed and illusionarily comfortable populace of Arabia, due to being “the underdogs.” They are able to easily convince many of these masses that the civilian deaths are somehow because of the Arabians and not due to the cowardly tactics and deliberate attacks of the fundamentalists, resulting in the Arabian version of myself in this alternate reality /facepalming.

And the insanely fundamentalist Christian Americans use supplies from… I don’t know, Mexico or Canada I guess, to attack Arabian soldiers whilst hiding in populated areas, resulting in both the Americans and Arabians killing piles of innocent American civilians in the chaos. On top of this, the radical Catholics and Protestants wage a pathetic civil war against each other, killing hundreds of thousands of each other’s civilians.
